The Antiviral Protection Plan
This plan has been designed for organisations wishing to be secure in the knowledge that they have a reserved stock of antiviral medication per employee, and a route to deliver, at the lowest possible cost with the minimum financial commitment.
To order Antiviral Protection Plans for your business, organisation or members simply click on the Order tab to buy online, or contact our Customer Services Team who will be able to discuss your requirements in more detail.
The Plan is now available to individuals
Some businesses or organisations are not in a position to offer a paid for scheme to their employees or members, to overcome this issue the Antiviral Protection Plan can now be purchased directly by individuals.
Businesses, Trade Unions and other professional bodies are now able to provide access to the Antiviral Protection Plan for their employees or members via Healthcare Connections. Employees or members can purchase the plan for £9.99 per person per course of treatment.
The plan operates similar to an insurance plan on a simple opt in/out basis. You would be covered for as long as you signed up. Healthcare Connections automatically reminds you when your yearly renewal is due.
How to order
Simply click on the ‘Order’ tab above and fill out a few details to buy online. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email; your policy documentation will arrive in the post within a few days. We will make sure you are fully covered for the coming year and that your medication is reserved for you.
Upgrade
When you need access to your antiviral medication, simply upgrade your Antiviral Protection Plan by calling us or logging on to our secure website. When you upgrade your plan you will need to complete a short medical questionnaire which our doctors review and then issue a private prescription. Then our pharmacy dispenses your medication.
This additional upgrade fee is only due when you need access to your antiviral medication. The cost of this upgrade is only £20.00 per person plus VAT for one course of medication.
All Inclusive Scheme
Business customers also have the option to purchase our "All Inclusive Scheme". This occupational health scheme provides the total package which means your employees receive their medication upon registration and therefore have access to it when they need it.
